What to do when Picking up & Dropping off a Vehicle: –
Pick up date can also be referred to as Departure Date or Check In.
Drop off date can also be referred to as Return Date or Check out.
Dates & Collection Times: –
The Pick up & Drop off dates will be clearly stated on your Rental Agreement or Booking/Order forms.
Collection times are between 2.00pm and 4.00pm on the day of your Pick up.
Return times are between 9.00am and 11.00am on the day of your Drop off.
Please return your vehicle on time.
This ensures we have the time to prepare the vehicle ready for its next adventure.
Changes will apply to vehicles being retuned late.

Pick Up: –
On the day of your collection, please allow 1 hour for the hand over.
The hand over will consist of.
- Completing any remaining paperwork
- Signing the rental agreement
- Processing the security deposit
- Demonstration of the vehicle
- Answering any questions from the hirer
Drop off: –
When returning a vehicle, please can you do the following.
- Return the vehicle on time.
- Report any faults or damages.
- Re-Fill the vehicle with DIESEL. See fuel policy.
- Empty the Toilet Cassette.
- Empty both Blue and Grey water tanks.
- Remove all your personal belongings.
Hints and Tips of what to fetch:-
We have pretty much thought of everything you’ll need while your onboard our motorhome.
We’ve already included:-
- Kitchen Utensils:-
- Pots, Pans, Knives, Forks, Cups, Mugs, Glasses and everything else.
- Motorhome Essentials
- Electric Cables, Gas Bottles, Water Filling Hose, Wheel Levelling Ramps.
- Bedding and Linen
- Mattress Protectors, Bottom Sheets and TeaTowels.
- Outdoors
- Blankets, Windbreak, Camping Table and Chairs.
What you’ll need to fetch: –
- Duvets or Sleeping Bags and Pillows.
- Towels for showering.
- All your other personal bits and pieces.
Packing and Travelling:-
- When packing it’s best to use soft cases or sports bags, (They fold up and store away much easier than large bulky suitcases).
- You can transfer all your bit’s and pieces from your car straight into the motorhome.
- We’ll do our best to have the fridge pre chilled so it’s ready to fill up with food and drinks.
- Remember you can leave a car onsite with us while your away, ready for your return. (T&C’s apply).
Our Fuel Policy:-
- Our Fuel policy is FULL TO FULL.
- This means we supply the vehicle with a FULL tank of fuel and the hirer returns the vehicle with a FULL tank of fuel.
