What’s Included and where does the insurance cover me to drive
Driving within the UK only.
When booking your motorhome hire via iroam Motorhomes, comprehensive insurance is fully included within the price and covers the first main driver to drive anywhere within the UK only.
If you would like to add an additional driver (UK Only), you can do this by selecting “Yes” from the “Additional Driver” drop down box at the time of booking. Contact us direct if you wish to add a second driver after you have already booked, additional charges apply.
The insurance covers you to drive anywhere in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Driving within the UK and EU.
When booking your motorhome hire via iroam Motorhomes, you need to select “Yes” from the “Overseas Travel (EU Only)” drop down box at the time of booking. This covers the first main driver to drive anywhere within the UK and the EU. Contact us direct if you wish to add a second driver after you have already booked, additional charges apply.
The insurance covers you to drive anywhere in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
At NO point must any vehicle belonging to Iroam Motorhomes be taken outside of the UK or EU.
From the 1st August 2021, Green Cards will no longer be mandatory for driving within the EU. Please ensure you arrange a VE103 Certificate for hirers
