These documents are required for all drivers: –
Please ensure you fetch with you all the necessary documents.
- All Drivers must be present when collecting the vehicle
- Required for completing insurance forms
- Drivers License – Card version with Photo must be in-date
- Must have correct address
- Must have correct category entitlement to drive
- National Insurance Number
- Iroam motorhomes need your National Insurance number to complete a DVLA License check
- Proof of Address (Two Forms)
- The Address must match that of the Drivers License
- Signed Rental Agreement
- Security Deposit Paid in full
- By Bank Transfer
- Or by Credit or Debit Card – Pre Authorisation.
Acceptable forms of Address proof: –
- Utility Bill – Gas, Water or Electric
- Must be dated within 90 days of collection date
- Bank Mortgage Statement
- Must show Date and Address
- Bank Account Statement
- Must show Date and Address
- Credit Card statement
- Must show Date and Address
- Internet or Landline phone Bill
- Mobile phone bill can’t be accepted
All Drivers must meet the following criteria: –
- All Drivers must be aged between 25 and 70 Years old.
- At all times of the hire period
- All Drivers must have no more than 6 points on their license
- Our Insurance only accepts minor offences
- All Drivers must have held a Full UK Drivers license for a minimum of 2 years (24 months)
- All Drivers must have no more than one fault claim within the last 5 years
